We currently ship exclusively within the Netherlands. As a small, independently run secondhand women's clothing store, your order may be dispatched from one of our partner locations in either Germany or France, depending on where the item is processed at the time of your order.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer two shipping options at checkout.

 

Standard Shipping, free of charge, arrives within 4 to 5 business days.

Insured Express Shipping, 4.95 euro, arrives within 2 to 3 business days and includes shipment insurance for extra peace of mind.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days before being handed to our shipping partner. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information by email so you can follow your package.

 

SECONDHAND ITEMS AND AVAILABILITY

Because our collection consists of preloved, secondhand pieces and most items exist in a single unique quantity, it is possible, though rare, for an item to sell out shortly before your order is confirmed. If this happens, we will contact you right away and offer a full refund or help you find a similar piece.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is delayed, damaged, or appears to be missing, please contact us at support@jogmera.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
